Raffle Guide
The goal here is simple: We want to encourage you to GIVE generously to flood relief efforts and reward you with a chance to win LOTS of amazing handmade leather goods, generously donated by a talented community of leathercrafters.
Every $10 you donate to the flood relief charity of your choice earns you one entry. Example: $50 = 5 entries to win.
How To Enter
Step One: Donate directly to ANY flood relief effort you choose. As long as it is directly helping flood relief efforts in Texas and New Mexico, it counts. (Some great organizations are listed below, as suggestions.)
Step Two: Take a screenshot of your donation receipt.
Step Three: Fill out raffle entry form (CLICK button below) and submit your receipt.
After completing the entry form, you are entered in the raffle! Good luck!
-
Multiple raffles will be conducted until all the donated items are gone! Follow @claridge_leather on Instagram for the results of the drawings. Drawings will be grab-bag style, meaning the winner will not be choosing their prize. Instead, a drawing is conducted for a particular prize and the winner of that prize will be randomly picked from ALL the entries that have been submitted. When a winner is picked, that entry is removed from the pool. Remaining entries from that person stay in the pool for future drawings. (See below.)
The fine print: While a person’s number of entries does correspond to their donation amount ($100 = 10 entries), the max number of prizes to be won by one person is three. So higher donation amounts increase your odds of winning, but after three wins, you will be removed from the pool of entries. (This helps to spread the love around!)
-
After the drawing, Tanner (from Claridge Leather) will connect the Winner with the Maker and then those two parties can arrange shipping of the item to the Winner.
Maker is expected to promptly contact the Winner and arrange to ship the item. Maker will pay for domestic (U.S.) shipping to the Winner. If the item is to be shipped internationally, it is assumed that the Winner will pay shipping. Maker will be expected to ship the item to the Winner in no more than 7 days from the drawing, unless there are extenuating circumstances or custom work to be done. In those cases, details will be worked out between the Maker and the Winner.
-
Raffle drawings will begin Monday, July 14th, and continue every Monday and Friday until the prizes are gone.
